How to measure your body
It can be difficult to know which size to choose in your running kit and many runners are unsure of how to gauge their size. This guide is to help with the process of measuring your body.
Please note, it is important to keep the tape measure slightly loose when measuring as pulling it too tight could give you a false measurement… you might not be as slim as you think!
