FIRST LOOK: NNormal Kjerag Brut
Designed for the toughest conditions
Introducing the NNormal Kjerag Brut, the newest addition to the Kjerag family, delivers the same lightweight rebound and comfort as the original—now designed for soft, steep, and vertical terrain. With a high-traction sole for grip in mud and snow, and a breathable upper that sheds water fast, it’s the go-to choice when conditions get messy.
The design prioritizes control and adaptability, allowing athletes to move freely while staying anchored to the ground. The Matryx Micro upper offers breathability and lightness, while the TPU protection on the toe and the Lightbase Megagrip outsole provides durability and protection, without added weight.

Stamped in the landscape
The Kjerag Brut mirrors rugged terrains, with various visible marks in their design, emulating mountainous landscapes. Their pattern reflects the stains and patterns left by the wild, symbolizing the beauty of the material used. The design arises from manually staining the sneakers, embracing the idea that true beauty and true performance are not primitive, but are achieved through experiences, trials, and expertise.
ㅤ
"After many months of work, we are launching the Brut within the Kjerag family, an ideal model for those moments when conditions become unpredictable and terrains change their texture suddenly. These shoes are made for those who enjoy getting dirty, without losing a good grip on the ground," emphasizes Sito Luis Salas, CEO of NNormal.
ㅤ
ㅤ
The word "Brut" means "dirty," an adjective it has earned due to its idiosyncrasy. Moreover, it carries a deeper connection with Mallorca, home to the roots of NNormal. Inspired by the traditional Mallorcan dish Arròs Brut ('dirty rice'), - so called because of its “dirty” color, a result of the mixture of many ingredients - these shoes invite wearers to step into the mess, embrace the elements, and turn each route into a distinct adventure.
