Full-Body Circuit Training Session | Video
It’s the final episode of our #NoFunStandingStill AT HOME series and we’re going out with a bang! We’ve featured 30 different athletes and 36 livestreams over the last 12 weeks as together, we have lived through unprecedented times. We hope that during this difficult time we’ve helped to bring you inspiration, encouragement, expert advice and most importantly the sense of shared goals, motivation and togetherness that defines the running and fitness community.
ㅤ
In the last of our series, we are joined by Team GB bobsleigh and Under Armour athlete Victoria Williamson who takes us through her own 30 minute circuit session. Formerly a British track cyclist, Victoria suffered a life changing injury on the track. Overcoming her injuries and against all the odds Victoria made the transition to Bobsleigh and has her sights firmly set on the 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
This demanding circuit session delivers a full body workout designed to build strength and boost stamina. With a focus on utilising bodyweight for maximum gains, all you need for this workout is yourself and some floor space – let’s go!
