Synthratek VX Upper

Constructed using a synthetic upper, the Evolv Shaman Climbing Shoes ensure comfort and support. The upper sits comfortably against the skin and has minimal stretch to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free climbs. An extended toe rand runs around the edge of the shoe to provide added protection from loose debris and terrain plus, it increases toe hooking for a more efficient climb. A back strap allows for an easy on and off whilst a split tongue gives you maximum comfort, allowing you to take off the Shaman easily as well as put it on. A knuckle box makes room for your big toe knuckle to rest in a curled position without having to push fabric and rubber out of the way which causes hot spots in other shoes. As well as this, a variable Thickness Rand system puts thinner rand rubber in areas to reduce pressure points and hot spots around the foot as well as thicker rubber for increased longevity in the high wear zones near the toe for durability and performance. Completing the upper is an asymmetric lacing system that provides a supportive and powerful fit for increased midfoot comfort.

MX-P Midsole

The midsole of the Evolv Shaman Climbing Shoes is low in profile to save on weight and increase underfoot feel. The midsole incorporates a blend of sensitivity and support to allow you to feel any changes underfoot. Increased sensitivity is important when climbing as it allows you to get a feel of the rock or ground beneath you before committing. As well as this, a love bump fills dead space under your toes while putting much-needed energy towards the edging surface.

TRAX SAS Outsole

The outsole maximises your performance in the gym and on the rock with the stickiest rubber compound available.
