Waterproof Upper

Designed to provide lightweight comfort and protection, the Hoka Tor Ultra Low Waterproof Walking Shoes have been constructed using a combination of tough nylon and leather. The upper works to support the foot and increases overall durability to give you peace of mind on tough terrain. An e-vent membrane has also been used within the upper to provide protection from the elements. The membrane prevents moisture from entering inside the shoe so you can remain comfortable and dry at all times. The full bootie construction sits comfortably agasint the skin to reduce irritation and increase overall comfort whilst the molded collar provides added flexibility. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

EVA Midsole

An oversized EVA midsole has been chosen to construct the midsole of the Tor Low. This material was specifically chosen as it provides lightweight cushioning which helps to keep the wearer's feet as comfortable and supportive as possible. The light EVA is also ideal for this running shoe as it prevents the wearer from feeling weighed down and will keep the wearer feeling light and quick on their feet. The lightweight EVA foam helps to absorb impact in key areas of the shoe and helps to stabilise the foot to keep the wearer firmly on their feet. A wider platform and toe box within the shoe is designed to provide a more stable based on a wide variety of terrain so you can have assured footing no matter how challenging the ground beneath you may be. As well as this, the Early Stage Meta-Rocker chosen for the midsole is specifically designed with a low heel-to-toe differential and works like a rocking chair for your foot which allows the foot to be guided effectively through the natural gait cycle providing a smoother ride.
