Inov8 Shoe Fit Scale

For technical footwear, a good fit is essential to enhance your performance. Inov8's new Shoe Fit Scale makes it easier to find the perfect fitting shoe. All Inov8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold, where they differ is in the toe box. The shoes are now graded from 1 to 5, Grade 1 representing their closest, most precise fit and Grade 5 representing the widest fitting toe box.

The lower the number on the scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when running fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on the scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It's also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.

Inov8 have graded the Roclite 300 Trail Running Shoe as Grade 3.

The non-water absorbing material ensures you are kept light on your feet without any unnecessary water weight you down. Finished with an X lock system for additional heel support and a rubber toe cap to protect against debris to ensure a comfortable, distraction-free ride.

PowerFlow Midsole

The midsole for the Inov8 Roclite 300 is set with a PowerFlow compound for resilient cushioning with maximum memory retention. The active compound reduces resistance and forces pressed upon the underfoot, engaging a smooth stride through transition and over uneven grounds and delivers increased shock absorption and energy return. Offering a cushioned ride, the powerflow midsole provides 10% better shock absorption and 15% better energy return than standard midsoles allowing you to run harder for longer. Additionally, a METAPLATE shank delivers extra protection against rocks and debris on challenging terrain for a more cushioned, comfortable ride.

Tri-C Rubber Outsole

Featuring Inov8's Tri-C rubber compound and multi-directional claw-shaped outsole provides an unrivalled grip over unpredictable terrain and the quick release of debris. Every ounce of energy generated by the body is transferred to the road through the outsole, with the Tri-C outsole delivering traction throughout the gait cycle. The sticky fusion compound is a mix of synthetic rubber and EVA foam for a smooth ride and grip on an array of surfaces.
