AirMesh Upper
The upper of the Voltage is constructed from a superbly breathable Air Mesh which offers a high standard of breathability at all times by allowing warm air to be released from the shoe at the same time as letting cool air in, keeping the inside of the shoe as cool, dry and comfortable as possible. The Dynamotion System used in the shoes upper uses highly advanced motion capture and biomechanics technology which helps the shoe to work with your foot throughout the gait cycle for a safe and smooth transition from heel to toe. An anatomically moulded, removable insock has ben added inside the shoe to offer extra cushioning and support under the foot for a more precise and comfortable wear.
POWNCE Midsole
An exceedingly lightweight midsole material known as POWNCE has been chosen for the midsole construction of the Voltage as it is known for its amazing resilience properties and for offering exceptional comfort under the foot, allowing you to focus fully on giving your best performance. SR Touch is also used in the midsole which is a material that is also superbly lightweight and has fantastic shock absorbing properties. SR Touch also keeps the heel to toe transition smooth and fast thanks to its quick rebound properties.
D-Flex Groove Outsole
A specifically engineered diagonal groove known as D-Flex has been added to the midfoot area of the outsole which allows players using this shoe to turn at maximum speed and power by efficiently transferring natural body movement and shift in direction. An innovatively constructed outsole known as Dynamotion Groove uses specifically designed flex grooves to improve the wearer's stability and on court agility. The Mizuno specific feature known as Intercool is used along the outsole which solves the problem of heat and humidity build-up in the shoe by incorporating a full-length ventilation system in the sole. The ventilation system removes heat and humidity from the foot through a system of ventilation channels. Non-Marking rubber has also been used along the outsole which makes it the ideal material for any indoor court activity.
