Mizuno Wave Luminous 3 Indoor Court Shoes
The 3rd generation model of WAVE LUMINOUS makes new strides for comfort. It includes the new MIZUNO ENERZY NXT for improved cushioning and energy return at a lightweight. The shoe also features a woven upper for a soft fit and enhanced breathability, a cup insole for a better fit and a sole designed for grip and cushioning.
Woven Upper
Constructed with a woven upper, the Mizuno Wave Luminous 3 delivers breathable durability. Thanks to its soft feel the upper delivers maximum comfort, reducing the risk of irritation as you train or play. The shoes allow a constant flow of cool air to circulate whilst removing built-up heat, creating a healthy, cool, dry environment. Textile overlays increase durability and protect the feet against lateral drags and grazes. The shoes also include DuraShield which protects your toes from bumps and scrapes on the court and increases the product's durability. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that locks in the midfoot to reduce in-shoe movement.

The Wave Luminous 3 features Mizuno's next generation of Enerzy foam, Enerzy Nxt is designed to enhance in-shoe comfort and provide outstanding underfoot cushioning, for distraction-free comfortable strides on the court. Enerzy Nxt is a durable, bio-based technology that will provide feet with outstanding levels of softness, bounciness and excellent responsiveness to keep you energised and ready to tackle your opponents. The midsole reduces the risks of discomfort or possible injuries, by absorbing shocks when striking down onto hard court surfaces, keeping feet replenished. Working with this, a Mizuno Enerzy cup insole feature to cushion your landing and support the quick turn and starting movements, necessary for a speed court model. Mizuno Wave Technology offers stability and cushioning where you need it most. Finally, Mizuno's U4icX delivers stress-free cushioning for high-rebound.
X10 Durable Outsole
The Wave Luminous 3 features an X10 outsole compound, which has been developed to be extremely durable, lightweight and super grippy, to provide stability and traction on various court surfaces. X10 is made from carbon rubber for longer wearing in high-impact areas and provides more traction at the heel strike for an all-court grip. Additionally, the shoes feature Flex Grooves, which sit through the midfoot, allowing you to turn at your maximum speed and power by efficiently transferring natural body movement and shifting in direction.
