Flywire technology woven into the upper merges with the laces for a dynamic and supportive fit through the midfoot. The strong, yet feather-light, cables work with the laces to increase support as you tighten them. An integrated strap also works to provide an optimum fit ensuring support and stability throughout any training session. Completing the upper is a rubber toe tip which adds to the overall durability of the Zoom SD 4 especially during planting and forward movements.
Durable EVA Midsole
EVA resides in the midsole to supply resilient underfoot comfort allowing you to perform at the optimum level for longer. Light in weight and low in profile, it spares your joints as you sprint down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces; perfect for when you're throwing down on the track. High-Abrasion Outsole
A high-abrasion rubber outsole completes the Zoom SD 4. Flexible and textured, it delivers high-wearing traction for fast throwing circles and wet conditions. Smooth carbon rubber skirts the outsole and overlaps the upper to increase its durability and defend against foot drag. A pivot point allows for easy and smooth rotation, whilst flex grooves promote a more natural and efficient range of motion. A nylon Pebax plate sits beneath the forefoot to increase torsional rigidity and durability, providing you with a stiff, stable platform to throw from.
