Knitted Upper
Knitted uppers will envelop your feet in sock-like, breathable comfort. The knit acts as a lightweight second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. Its perforated construction allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up. The increase in airflow creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. Overlays also feature on the upper to increase durability and support. The overlays swathe the midfoot to provide added support and abrasion resistance. As well as this, a reinforced heel support the heel creating a secure and comfortable fit. Completing, the upper is a lacing system and flyEase closure which provides a secure fit and feel. The flyEase closure combines a wraparound zipper with a hook-and-loop strap for an easy on and off.
Foam Midsole
A foam midsole has been added to the Revolution 5 FlyEase to provide lightweight comfort that'll help propel you through any workout. The lightweight yet responsive midsole delivers exceptional cushioning underfoot thanks to a soft foam material to severely reduce the impact placed on your knees and joints as you run. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces; it is also exceptionally lightweight so you can remain comfortable on gruelling days.
Rubber Outsole
Developed using a rubber outsole, the Nike Revolution 5 FlyEase Running Shoes enhance traction and grip. The durable rubber provides a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage, and protect users from losing control and slipping. The rubber is placed on high wear areas such as the forefoot and heel to increase durability. The rubber covers the heel, forefoot and midfoot to enhance durability, resisting the traumas of heel-strike and toe-off to provide you with a reliable and long-lasting running buddy. Lastly, flex grooves have been strategically placed throughout the outsole allowing the shoe to flex and expand in every direction for an incredibly natural, lightweight feel as you train that enables a full, unrestricted range of motion in all directions. The grooves move naturally with your foot, delivering comfort with every step.
