Designed to be the most versatile track spike for a wide range of events, the Nike Zoom Rival M 9 delivers a cushioned, consistent fit. The arch band offers a secure feel through the midfoot, while the overlay on the upper adds durability in high-wear areas.

Synthetic Mesh Upper

The upper of the Zoom Rival M 9 has been constructed using a synthetic mesh material to provide optimum comfort and breathability. With this in mind, the mesh actively and efficiently wicks away the build-up of excess sweat and moisture, leaving your feet cool, dry and comfortable as you strive for the best results and performance on the track. Additionally, cool air is encouraged to circulate, creating a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. As well as delivering enhanced breathability, the synthetic nature of the material ensures durability and resilience which is emphasised by the zoned overlay. A 3/4 length bootie eliminates layers and excess weight whilst giving a sock-like fit to improve the overall comfort. An arch band secures the midfoot to help secure your feet and add control. Rounding off the upper is a traditional lacing system, ensuring a locked-in feel.

Seven Spike Outsole

For optimum grip and traction, seven spikes have been incorporated into the outsole alongside a horizontal traction pattern for heightened grip and durability. Having an array of spikes within the outsole enables a full, unrestricted range of motion in all directions so you can maximise performance coupled with added flexibility. Solid rubber is located through and under the heel to further improve traction while the spike plate extends under the arch for midfoot response and support.
