Nike Zoom Rival Jump Track and Field Jumping Spikes

Those must-haves complement a thick, yet lightweight cushioned heel and a wider shoe base, to withstand the impact forces of jumping at full throttle. This special design is inspired by The Armory in New York, where track-and-field athletes of all abilities are welcome to step into the blocks.
Breathable Mesh Upper
The upper of the Zoom Rival Jumping Spikes is constructed with a breathable mesh for a lightweight, breathable design. The mesh allows air to fully permeate the construction, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air. The spikes have a padded collar to deliver support and comfort, whilst also helping to prevent irritation when competing. A diagonal midfoot strap provides extreme midfoot containment while allowing athletes to quickly readjust their spikes in between jumps. The diagonal design anchors the support from multiple angles and makes sure your foot doesn't move around during the jump, working alongside a traditional lacing system which helps to lock the foot down. Providing the shoes with style and a striking design, Nike has taken inspiration from The Armory's original oval surface colour and painted it along the upper. The accents take their cues from The Armory's infield in the middle of the track, and blue hits originate from the athlete's warm-up area. The red along the sockliners and outsole stems from The Armory's logo. And the crisscrossed print speaks to the facility's iconic ceiling.
Foam Midsole
The Zoom Rival Jump Spikes have a higher stacked midfoot and heel cushion, therefore providing you with a smooth transition and take-off. This will also optimise your cushioning when jumping, and offer you an excellent level of support underfoot. Enhancing your performance, and keeping you comfortable throughout, the Zoom Rival Jump's foam midsole gives you an optimal level of energy return, to transfer in your take-off and jump.
Six Spike Outsole
To ensure excellent traction and control on the track, the Zoom Rival Jump Spikes have six specifically placed forefoot spikes, which penetrate both the track and take-off board. Alongside this is a lightweight, snappy place which provides you exceptional sturdiness and stability, making them ideal for sprinting as well as, take-off.
