Designed to give you exceptional warmth without the bulk, the Mountain Raid 100 will keep you feeling warm and comfortable without having to move to keep temperature raised. Using Primaloft Gold, high-quality synthetic insulation, this will make sure that you will be able to retain warmth extremely cold conditions. As well as this, the insulation is flat and packable, which makes it extremely easy to pack it away once you have finished using it. In the lining of the sleeping bag, OMM has used different densities of Primaloft, a base sheet with Primaloft 60g and a top sheet with Primaloft 100g. This enhances the technical performance of it by ensuring that warmth is captured within it effectively. Additionally, there is a toe box which has Primaloft Gold 100g, which will keep your feet comfortable. A loose laid outer shell and inner stitching will work to maximise insulation. Another technology used in the Mountain Raid 160 is PointZero, a windshell which is designed to provide you with protection in adverse weather conditions. This shell on the outer of the jacket is wind and water-resistant, which will keep you comfortable in open and unprotected spaces. The outer surface is treated with a durable water repellent coating, which will wick surface moisture away instantly. The half YKK zip will seal in warmth, whilst it will also block wind from entering. Once you have found a comfortable fit, the zip will remain firmly in place for comfort. For a secure and tight fit around the head, the sleeping bag has a drawcord, which will retain heat further. When exposed to moisture, the material will dry extremely quickly, returning the sleeping bag to its original weight and feel. Hang loops at the base of the bag will make it easy to hang up to dry after washing. Flat seams within reduce the risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. The material is also extremely soft against the skin, which guarantees exceptional comfort.
