Puma PWRFrame TR 2 Training Shoes
Set the foundation for a great workout with the PWRFrame TR 2. It has a new, improved upper and PWRFRAME technology in the forefoot that provides support and stability through explosive movement.
Textile Upper
The PWRFrame TR utilises a comfortable textile upper. This upper provides feet with a constant supply of airflow, thanks to the perforated design and ultra-light construction, which helps to prevent your feet from overheating and keeps them as comfortable as possible throughout your workout. The seamless design prevents irritation or chafing from occurring, for a distraction-free wearing experience, whilst moisture-wicking properties reduce the build-up of sweat from forming, to keep feet dry and fresh. A soft, cushioned collar sits against your feet, reducing chafing or blisters and keeping your foot locked in comfortably. On the instep of the shoes, Puma has added PWRTAPE, designed to provide structure to the shoe whilst supporting the foot and reducing in-shoe movement. PWRFrame has been strategically placed in high-stress areas to deliver lightweight support and increased stability. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which provides a locked-in, secure fit and reduces in-shoe slipping.
PROFOAM EVA Midsole
Throughout the midsole is a PROFOAM compound to provide you with superior responsiveness and cushioning in a lightweight, comfortable package. The midsole allows you to get everything you need from your shoes and provides you with that extra bounce you need to complete the workout ahead. When you land the cushioning uses the energy from your previous stride to propel you forward into your next leap, adding that little bit more bounce to your run and keeping you exceptionally comfortable underfoot.
PUMAGRIP Outsole
Completing the PWRFrame TR 2 is a durable PUMAGRIP outsole, for excellent grip and traction across a variety of surfaces. This outsole will ensure a secure bond with the ground below, providing you with confidence, and strategically placed rubber enhances the longevity of the shoes and gives you the grip you need on both wet and dry ground. The shoes feature forefoot rubber which provides optimal bending stiffness and maximum traction, so that movement is natural and stability is ensured.
