Regatta Imber IV Waterproof Jacket
Named after the Latin word for rain shower, the Imber Jacket provides exceptionally lightweight and breathable defence against wet weather. The ISOTEX 5,000 polyester ripstop fabric with a DWR finish delivers waterproof, windproof and breathable performance that's low in weight and high in abrasion resistance.
Constructed using Isotex 5,000, the Regatta Imber IV Jacket has been designed to keep you feeling dry and comfortable in any conditions. Developed to stand up to the heaviest of rain busts, the waterproof, lightweight and breathable fabrication has a 5,000 hydrostatic head to keep you dry in the harshest conditions. The hydrostatic head ensures protection for up to 5,000mm of rainfall so rainy showers won't cause you any discomfort, as this jacket will keep you dry and protected. In addition, Isotex has been designed to allow moisture vapour to escape as well as keeping water from getting in. The breathable fabric allows cool air to flow into the garment whilst, at the same time, allowing hot humid air to escape ensuring a perfect microclimate for your skin to thrive in. The fabrication also allows moisture to be wicked away from the skin where it can be easily evaporated; the material is coated in a durable water-repellent material which will wick moisture away, stopping it from clinging onto the jacket and adding weight.
A grown on technical wire peaked hood provides added weather protection, it can also be adjusted to ensure complete coverage. A front zip exists for complete temperature control, in colder climates, it can be worn up to seal in heat or when temperatures begin to rise it can be worn down to release an intolerable heat build up. Articulated sleeves have been added to increase overall movement because your clothing choice should never inhibit your natural motion. Lastly, two lower zipped pockets provide ample storage space for all your essential items.
