Breathable Mesh Upper
With a lighter-than-ever design and a comforting fit that guides you through every running adventure, the Kinvara 14s utilise an engineered mesh upper construction. The mesh allows air to flow freely throughout the shoes, ensuring that feet are well shielded and kept to an optimum temperature. Not only this, but the materials are moisture-wicking, meaning moisture and sweat will be effectively wicked from the surface of your feet, ensuring you remain dry. This combination of materials and technologies prevents you from becoming distracted and provides you with a comfortable, flexible fit and feel when wearing the shoes. This version of the Kinvara's have an added contoured sidewall which works to securely cradle your foot as you pick up the pace. To further provide you with a locked-in, secure fit, the shoes utilise a traditional lace-up system, which also helps to prevent in-shoe slippage.
PWRRUN Midsole
An update from their predecessors, the Kinvara 14 Running Shoes still use Saucony's PWRRUN midsole compound, this time with an upgraded 3mm of cushioning underfoot. The PWRRUN midsole will provide you with even more energy return, rebound and durability, and has been incorporated into the midsection to provide you with a lively rise. The cushioning will add a spring to your step and helps to spare your joints when you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces, whilst transforming the shocks into energy, giving your feet a new lease of life with every step. Accompanying this soft compound is a PWRRUN+ sockliner, which provides added step-in comfort, and helps to further propel you forward. The midsoles of the Kinvara 14s are also highly durable and increase the longevity of the shoe to give you peace of mind mile after mile.
Durable Rubber Outsole
Providing you with traction and grip on varied terrain, the shoes have a durable rubber outsole. This long-lasting, reliable outsole will handle all the miles you put in and ensure a firm base for you to push off from is provided, making your gait cycle more efficient. The addition of more ground contact adds power to the flexible ride, making the transition from landing, to taking off even faster.
