Skins DNAmic Advanced Women's Shorts
Using Skins smart technologies to create a perfect fit, these shorts are a comfortable, moisture-wicking garment, that allows you to worry about nothing else but the race.
DNAmic Gradient Compression is Skins most advanced compression technology that increases muscle oxygenation, whilst also stabilising active muscles and reducing blood lactate build up, to enhance performance and speed up recovery time. The unique sizing system is based on a unique Body Mass Index/Anthropometrical algorithm, because you are only able to get the full benefits of gradient compression if your Skins fit properly. Skins compression fabric is made from a warp knitted mix of yarns that give you a carefully calculated level of stretch for controlled compression and durability. The fabric uses moisture wicking techniques that allow you to stay dry, when under intense pressure. Providing outstanding comfort the DNAmic Advanced Shorts sit flush to the skin for a second-skin feel for a comfortable fit without risk of irritation or chafing; so you can always keep focused on the trail ahead. This garment features Skins proven 50+ UV protection for the sessions in the sun; keeping you protected out in the open. Completing the SKINS DNAmic Advanced Women's Shorts is easy to access side pocket made with a breathable mesh, allowing you to store and carry essentials such as gels and nutrition whilst you are on the move.
Size Guide
Forget your usual size. Use the Skins size guides to determine what fit, for what product, is best for you.
Bordering two sizes? Suppose when finding out your size from the guides below, you sit on the line between two sizes. If that's the case, Skins recommend choosing the smaller size for tights, if you have an athletic body type, otherwise chose the larger size. Skins always recommend choosing the larger size for tops. If you need further guidance in selecting the right size, get in touch with our customer service team - they'll be more than happy to help.
Choosing the right size for Compression Sportswear is very important, so if you're not sure, talk to us!
How To Wear SKINS Tights
If you're trying to get into a pair of Long Tights, Skins suggest you scrunch them up from the waist down to the ankle and put one foot in first - the same as you would do if you were putting on a pair of pantyhose. Do the same on the other leg. Then gradually pull each leg up - taking care to keep the seams running up your legs as you go.
