Lightweight Mesh Upper
the upper of the Valsetz is constructed with a lightweight mesh that wraps each foot in breathable comfort. The mesh allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air, while simultaneously pushing out hot, muggy air that resides in the upper during high-intense activity. Additionally, the mesh is knitted in a way that combines with a sock-like construction to provide a more formed and snug fit, which in turn prevents slipping from occurring inside the shoes. Foam padding has been placed on the shoes in key areas such as the ankle collar and under the tongue for an incredibly comfortable fit and feel. Lastly, webbing overlays are for added support and an elevated look to take you from the streets to the summit.
Micro G Midsole
A Full-length Micro G foam makes up the midsole, supplying excellent cushioning, attenuating shock upon impact. The midsole unit turns cushioned landings into explosive takeoffs by taking the impact forces and transferring them to the forefoot where it acts like a slingshot bouncing you off into your next step. A Lightweight TPU shank offers mid-foot support as well as the right amount of rigidity, providing stability which allows you to tackle any surface.
High Traction Outsole
The cushioning capabilities of the midsole work in harmony with strategically placed rubber, inserted in zones likely to face impact. With this clever implement, Under Armour provides a shoe possessing a longer lifespan whilst simultaneously reducing weight along the way.
