Zone 3 Thermal Aspire Wetsuit
The zone 3 Heat-Tech lining makes the Thermal Aspire Wetsuit perfect for colder weather or for those who like to stay warm in the water. This has been constructed to maintain body heat around key muscles and organs.
The Thermal Aspire is based on Zone 3's award-winning Aspire wetsuit and introduces modifications to make this suitable for swimming in the colder months. The wet suit is made from 100% genuine Yamamoto neoprene to ensure that this is light and flexible so that movement is not restricted. The inner of the wetsuit has a fleece lining that traps the warm air created from your movement in small pockets, keeping you feeling toasty on colder days. This Heat-Tech lining maintains the bodies temperature and is located around the key muscles and organs which lose the most heat. The lining is extremely soft and comfortable which feels great next to the body. The wetsuit is also coated with a dynamic "SCS" Nano coating, which helps reduce the drag when swimming, helping you improve your speed whether this is in training or on race day. The SCS coating also prevents the suit from absorbing water, therefore avoiding excess weight in the wetsuit. Derived from limestone rather than oil which offers a 23% higher closed-cell structure. This significantly increasing the buoyancy levels for the swimmer. Also featuring are pro speed cuffs on the arms and legs, by adding these the suit can be easily taken off or put on in no time.
The chest, legs and body all feature panels varying between 3mm and 4mm in thickness as well as the fleece lining. These areas have been selected as the main areas to keep warming whilst swimming in cold water, the arms and shoulders consist of 1.5mm thickness which also includes a high stretch lining for flexibility and 7 times more expansion than other conventional wetsuits. Further helping retain body heat the collar, chest panel, arm and legs lengths have also been modified to help increase core warmth whilst still offering fantastic flexibility, comfort and buoyancy.
