Synthetic Upper

A combination of synthetic leather and a mesh upper will provide you with multiple benefits. The toughness of the upper will protect the construction of the shoe against heavy forces created from sudden explosive movements. As you begin exercise, heat will build up within the shoe, and this will then easily escape out of mesh panels, being replaced by cooler air outside of the shoe. Sweat is also removed from inside during this cycle, which will keep your feet feeling ventilated and refreshed. The forefoot is protected by thick material, which will mean that any bumps and knocks you may pick up will be absorbed instantly by the material. The heel also has a counter which will hold it in a firm and supported upright position. The laces are easy to tighten and loosen, making it easy to achieve a personalised fit. The high-rising upper reaches the ankle, which allows you to secure the shoe to help provide stability. The collar and tongue are also extremely soft, which will reduce the chance of rubbing and chafing from occurring. The rearfoot will sit comfortably in the shoe with the Personal Heel Fit. This specially designed construction will ensure that the heel and Achilles tendon will fit precisely into the shoe, preventing slipping and improving fit and comfort.

EVA Midsole

The Gel System used in the midsole will instantly attenuate shocks, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the feet. This will mean that you will always be protected when jumping and moving quickly, opening up your game. The midsole also has SpEVA 45, an Asics developed technology which will offer you soft support and supreme cushioning directly under the foot. Further reinforcement and protection to the soles of the feet are provided by reinforced inserts within the midsole. Placed in high impact areas like the heel, this will make sure that these areas will have strong protection. Asics have used their Trusstic System in the shoe. This is a moulded component that links the rear of the shoe to the front of it. This will help to contain the midfoot before and during propulsion, giving you further control in your feet.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Using extremely durable and abrasion resistant rubber, the outsole is able to stand up to rubbing on the court, maintaining its shape and definition over a long period of time. Using AHAR, a rubber developed by Asics, this will form an extremely strong grip the surface below whilst also protecting itself from damage. The rubber is also able to keep you in control if there is water on the court from sweat, which will give you confidence as well as security. The multi-directional lugs and grooves will dig into the ground, making the outsole more flexible as well as helping to anchor the foot in place for a secure base to push off on takeoffs.
