GORE-TEX Upper

Constructed using stretch fabric and a coated microfibre, the Dolomite Torq Tech GORE-TEX Walking Boots offer plenty of protection and comfort so you get the best from your footwear. The microfiber upper helps protect feet from debris and sharp objects whilst the stretch fabric moves with the foot to provide a comfortable fit. To avoid damp feet and therefore dampened spirits, a GORE-TEX membrane resides inside the boot; supplying a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability. Sometimes it's hard to stay dry without developing that distracting clammy feeling, but GORE-TEX keeps water on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside; keeping sweat to a minimum and you, cool and comfy. The upper also features rubber around the toes and heel increasing protection from rocks and trail debris as well as the durability of the boot. The elasticised construction of the tongue ensures a snug, anatomical fit, while specially conceived design and padding maintain a natural range of motion for the foot. This design helps to increase comfort levels and improve performance and precision. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-boot slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

EVA Midsole

Designed to provide comfort and protection on uneven terrain, the midsole uses EVA foam. The EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, absorbing shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole. The energy produced will be returned as a rebound, giving added spring to your step. Dolomites Anatomic System Plus offers a comfortable fit and works to make walking easier by reducing fatigue and improving posture. Dolomite DAS Light combines an anatomical last and footbed bringing you greater stability and balance so you can go further for longer.

Mulaz Vibram outsole

Developed using a Vibram outsole, the Torq Tech offers grip and traction for all surface wear. Constructed for dry or wet terrain, the extremely durable mont rubber compound can form a solid bond with the ground to anchor you in place. Despite facing abuse from rough ground, the rubber stands up against this, deflecting the blows and retaining a strong shape and structure.
