GORE-TEX Upper
The upper of the L.I.M FH Walking Shoes are constructed with GORE-TEX technology. The GORE-TEX Lining is designed for a wide range of outdoor activities and works to ensure that your feet remain dry and comfortable no matter the weather. GORE-TEX is not only durably waterproof and breathable, but it is also robust and hardwearing, giving you maximum protection and comfort no matter how demanding the hike is. The folding external tongue enhances the comfort of the shoes while the traditional lacing system locks the foot down to prevent excessive movement. The lacing holes have been supported with eyelets ensuring that laces easily go through creating a stress-free experience. A finger loop has been added to the heel of the upper allowing you to easily put on the shoes and take them off.
FlyteFoam Midsole
FlyteFoam technology has been used in the midsole that works to provide the perfect balance of lightweight and rebound properties. The midsole offers exceptional protection, bounce and comfort providing you with unmatched shock absorption and a lively ride. Flytefoam is a light cushioning material and it buffers against the ground to protect you from unnecessary stress and fatigue. This unique compound takes the energy created from heel striking and transfers it to this layer where it can be used to catapult you off into your next step. A supportive heel cup also resides in the midsole to further enhance protection and support.
WET GRIP Rubber Outsole
Supreme grip and traction are guaranteed with the WET GRIP Rubber outsole. This rubber outsole is light in weight whilst also remaining very durable and offering a good grip. The outsole is a tough rubber compound used in heavy-contact or high-wear areas which helps to cut down on excessive wear. The high abrasion outsole provides a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. Creating a strong bond with the ground beneath it, the outsole allows you to stay in full control at all times. As well as this, a lateral full ground contact on the outsole supplies even more cushioning and durability so you can continue with complete confidence. Flex grooves also adorn the outsole to provide added traction underfoot, the grooves allow for natural foot flexion for easy, unhindered paces.
