Mesh Upper
The upper of the Bravada Edge is crafted from an ultra-breathable recycled mesh that provides comfortable airflow for maximum output. The mesh lining is also recycled, as are the traditional laces, securing the shoe to your foot for maximum control and security. The removable EVA insole provides underfoot softness whilst synthetic overlays provide support and durability, protecting your feet and the shoes themselves from any debris out on the trail.
EVA Foam Midsole
This midsole is constructed using 10% recycled materials and offers great energy return, reducing fatigue and keeping you feeling fresher for longer when out on a long hike. A moulded Nylon arch shank provides a supportive structure that resides between the insole and the outsole; diminishing the load incurred on your feet and calves over the course of your adventure the moulded Nylon arch shank further helps to reduce fatigue. Merrell have also added their Air Cushion technology, which is a sealed unit located in the heel section. It can absorb up to four times your weight and help to correctly align your feet within the shoes for a more comfortable and stable walk or hike.
Quantum Grip Rubber Outsole
