Sporting an archival-inspired strap pattern, supportive EVA footbed, and grippy rubberized sole, this rugged, water-loving silhouette will pick up where the trail stops.
Quick-Dry Webbing Upper
The Hurricane XLT 2 Sunscapes utilise a comfortable quick-dry webbing upper, which has been made from recycled plastic, using traceable, verifiable REPREVE polyester yarn by Unifi. The uppers ensure that feet remain dry from sweat and moisture, even during the more intense periods of your walk, thanks to the excellent moisture-wicking properties. Not only this, but the soft straps sit comfortably against your skin to prevent irritation or abrasion, whilst supporting your feet and standing up against abuse from rocks and debris. The Sunscape edition has webbing that is made with a waterless dyeing technique that utilizes less water and energy when compared to conventional methods. These sandals come with a hook-and-loop closure, allowing you to adjust easily and get the perfect fit. The injection-moulded strap ends also make it easy to grip and make necessary adjustments quickly, meaning you can take the sandals on and off quickly. Finally, the sandals have been treated with Life Natural, which is a peppermint-based anti-odour treatment to keep feet smelling and feeling fresh.
EVA Midsole
Providing you with lightweight cushioning and underfoot comfort, these sandals have an EVA midsole. This midsole works to attenuate shock and absorb impact, therefore helping to prevent injuries or discomfort when traversing across differing terrains, and ensuring that your feet remain comfortable all day long. Additionally, a Nylon shank features to stabilise and support your feet on changing and uneven terrain and a robust EVA footbed delivers advanced comfort and is built for all-day wear.
Durabrasion Rubber Outsole
To ensure long-lasting reliability, and comfort across a range of terrains, the sandals utilise a Rugged Durabrasion Rubber outsole. This durable compound provides you grip across all surfaces of your adventures, meaning stability is ensured, whilst also protecting the soles of your feet against abuse. Flex grooves adorn the outsole, allowing flexibility and an unrestricted range of motion underfoot, whilst supplying undeniable amounts of grip.
