ASICS Field Speed FF Women's Hockey Shoes
The FIELD SPEED FF shoe is one of the lightest styles in ASICS' field hockey footwear range. It's designed to help you move faster and more smoothly on the pitch.
AQUARESISTANT Upper
The ASICS Field Speed FF shoes have been created using a tough synthetic upper that will encase each foot in durable comfort, defending feet against impacts and abrasions during a zealous match. The shoes have a reinforced rubber/resin compound, that wraps the forefoot for enhanced durability and protection against drag. An internal heel counter helps to secure the rearfoot; it unites with the lacing system to promote complete lockdown, anchoring you to the midsole and reducing in-shoe slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. The mesh tongue and ankle collar add soft support plus breathability. Finishing the upper is the AQUARESISTANT technology built into the shoe, this keeps your feet dry in wet conditions helping you to stay comfortable and focused on your game.
FlyteFoam Midsole
A moulded sockliner exists as an extra layer of plush, step-in comfort. Using FlyteFoam in the midsole, the shoes are extremely lightweight without compromising or losing any of the cushioning. The premium technology is used in ASICS' highest specification running shoes, and the extreme lightness and cushioning will make you quicker. ASICS contrast their cushioning with the Trusstic system. This runs down the middle of the sole, evenly dispersing the energy produced. TWISTRUSS technology also features within the shoes to support the feet during fast turns and tricky movements. Not only this but they have also used their X-GUIDANCE system which allows for quicker starts helping you to beat your opponents when sprinting for the ball.
Flexible Outsole
A reconfigured outsole completes the Field Ultimate. Lugs of varying sizes adorn it, supplying a multi-directional grip across every pitch. A pivot point accommodates quick transitions and sharp turns whilst flex grooves promote natural foot flexion, allowing the shoe to work with your foot rather than control it, and provide enhanced grip in all conditions.
