Engineered Upper
Featuring an engineered upper, the Flash 3.0 Junior Hockey Shoe from Gray-Nicolls has been designed to work with the foot to ensure maximum comfort. An improved fit feels comfortable and allows for full freedom of movement as well as enhanced stability. This allows your little one to play in confidence with minimal in-shoe slippage. Mesh windows offer exceptional breathability as they allow better airflow. Warm build-up is able to escape the upper and is replaced with cool, fresh air for added comfort and a cool, dry feel. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that locks down the midfoot for a secure and customisable fit.
EVA Midsole
With an improved foam formulation, the EVA midsole provides superior energy return thanks to a unique elastomer compound. This midsole has been engineered for speed and comfort. A firmer foam helps to prevent the foot from rolling as it makes contact with the ground, resulting in a reduced risk of injury. The dual-density EVA midsole has been teamed with a memory foam footbed that provides instant comfort underfoot. This high-speed pre-formed memory foam footbed delivers a high energy response so your child can perform at their best whilst with outstanding comfort.
AGS Outsole
The dual-density EVA midsole has been combined with the AGS (Aggressive Grip System) outsole to give them superior traction during quick turns. The AGS outsole provides a perfect balance of both the geometry and superior rubber compound to deliver great confidence on a variety of surfaces and long-term durability. An AGS medial toe wrap provides an even more durable finish to the outsole and first point of contact for protection against impacts whilst internal heel wrap technology locks the foot in place, minimising slippage. The deep lugs have been designed for multi-directional grip and improved traction on all pitch types. They have been made using a durable compound with high-performance grip.
