Grain Leather Upper

Designed to provide comfort and protection, the Hoka Bondi L Running Shoes have been constructed using a combination of leather and mesh. The durable upper protects your feet from knocks and scrapes whilst also ensuring your shoes look and stay newer for longer. The leather not only withstands the wear and tear you'll encounter while out and about, but is also highly stable. As well as this, mesh has been used within the upper to create a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in. The mesh allows cool air to flow throughout the upper whilst, at the same time allowing hot, humid air to escape. A padded memory foam collar provides a comfortable and locked-in fit, giving support and stability to the rearfoot without restriction to the Achilles or ankle. A soft lining wrap on the tongue enhances comfort, whilst an additional internal heel counter provides a secure, locked-in fit that reduces in-shoe slippage. The traditional lace closure secures the mid-foot working together for a distraction-ride.

Full EVA Midsole

Early-stage Meta-Rocker geometry is applied in the midsole to increase running efficiency. Meta-Rocker midsole geometry is specifically designed with a low heel-toe differential and a sculpted outsole to create a unique fulcrum effect, like a rocking chair to encourage a guided gait cycle. This design supports a runner's natural form while promoting an efficient, smooth roll from initial impact to toe-off. A full-length platform of EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. A moderate heel bevel helps to promote a smooth heel-to-toe transition; it enhances ground contact and unites with flat-waisted geometry to stabilise and support every stride.
