Inov8 Bare-XF Training Shoes (Wide Fit)
Minimalist training shoes for a barefoot/natural feel. Can be used for lifting, cardio, functional fitness and running.
Air Mesh Upper
The upper is constructed from a highly breathable air mesh construction that allows for ultimate airflow. It keeps your feet feeling cool and comfortable when your workout heats up so you can focus your attention on hitting your next PB, whilst the Met-Cradle construction wraps around your midfoot to keep you stable during high intensity workouts such as jumps. The lacing system further locks down the midfoot for greater confidence and control. Protective overlays protect the foot from any knocks and scrapes whilst you navigate the gym. Featuring a wider and anatomically shaped toe box, the Bare-XF allows your toes to naturally splay and adapt to any exercise you're performing.
A new shape, featuring on all-new Inov8 footwear in 2024, has been designed to hug the natural contours of your foot, locking in at the heel and widening at the toes. This new design brings more comfort, greater confidence and unhindered performance. Incorporated within this new shape are two new fits; Standard Fit for a closer feel and extra nimbleness over tricky terrain and Wide for a relaxed feel and extra comfort over longer distances.
Sticky Rubber Outsole
The Bare-XF is a minimalist training shoe and as such has no midsole, however, residing underfoot there is Inov8's 6mm thick BOOMERANG FOOTBED which provides cushioning and energy return during challenging cardio or high impact exercise sessions. The shoe also offers zero drop, delivering a true close-to-the-ground feeling when working out for better proprioception and natural footing. A sticky 2.5mm rubber outsole gives you uncompromising grip and traction whether you're lifting or performing high impact movements, great for HIIT or circuit training. It forms a strong bond with the ground to give you a stable base to lift from, push off from and land on. ROPE-TEC technology embedded in the mid-section of the outsole, around the arch of the foot and the shoe's upper gives protection from friction on rope climbs, and delivers increased durability.
