GORE-TEX Mesh Upper
The upper of the shoe is crafted from a highly breathable mesh fabric that allows built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst fresh air flows in for a pleasant cooling sensation. A GORE-TEX membrane provides waterproof protection when the weather takes a turn for the worse. It seals out external moisture and allows sweat to escape to keep feet dry from the inside out. TPU overlays provide structure and durability, protecting your feet from knocks and scuffs out on the trail and providing stability. A moulded TPU heel counter further increases the secure feel of the shoe, locking your foot into place. A speed lacing system allows you to cinch in the fit and has the added benefit of having 60% recycled laces for an ethical choice. The padded collar feels plush, and the 100% recycled mesh lining further increases ventilation and comfort levels. A natural Cleansport NXT treatment has been utilised to keep odour-causing microbes at bay, helping your feet feel and smell fresher for longer.
FloatPro Foam Two-Part Midsole
The midsole is constructed from a double layer of FloatPro foam to deliver impressive underfoot cushioning. It attenuates shock as you strike down, protecting your joints and keeping your feet ache-free as you put in the miles. It then utilises the force of these impacts to power you into your next step, allowing you to walk further using less energy, meaning you can explore more of the great outdoors. The foam is extremely lightweight and won't weigh you down. A lightweight FlexPlate also resides within the midsole. It provides torsional rigidity, lateral stability, and forefoot flexibility, encouraging smoother transitions. A removable EVA foam footbed with a 100% recycled mesh cover provides step-in comfort underfoot, supporting you on those longer walks.
Vibram MegaGrip Rubber Outsole
The shoe is finished with a high-performance Vibram MegaGrip rubber outsole that forms a solid bond with the ground beneath for maximum adhesion. This grip allows you to feel confident as you traverse technical terrain, helping you with ascents, descents and everything in between. The rubber is highly durable, resisting damage to ensure long-lasting use and enjoyment. 3mm lugs bite into the earth beneath for impressive traction, great for wetter conditions.
