Engineered Mesh Upper

The upper of the Enerzy Runnerz has been created using an engineered mesh which provides optimal comfort and breathability. Lightweight and highly breathable, the mesh acts as a second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. The perforations allow cool, refreshing air to circulate whilst at the same time, removing unwanted warm air, creating the perfect microclimate. The Enerzy Runnerz feature a retroreflective material at the heel to enhance visibility in low-light conditions so you can continue on those early morning or evening runs. Increasing comfort, the shoes feature a padded heel collar and tongue that sits comfortably against the foot. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that locks down the midfoot, reducing in-shoe movement for distraction-free strides.

Mizuno Enerzy Midsole

The midsole has been created using Mizuno Enerzy, which is soft and responsive, providing propulsive cushioning. Mizuno Enerzy has been developed to enhance performance capacity and guarantee that athletes retain the energy that they put in, all whilst providing an overall more comfortable feeling. Compared to the previous midsole material Mizuno has used this is 17% softer and delivers 15% more energy return, allowing you to run further for longer.

X10 Outsole

The Mizuno Enerzy Runnerz has been made with an X10 outsole which allows for longer wear in high-impact areas and ensures optimal grip and traction. This helps lessen the impact on the knees and joints, allowing for a more comfortable ride and optimising gait efficiency.
