Nike Interact Run Women's Running Shoes
Can you see the future? Fast-forward your footsteps in the cutting-edge Nike Interact Run. It's set up with all the running goodness you need: a lightweight Flyknit upper, soft foam midsole and comfort where it counts.
Flyknit Upper
The Nike Interact Run has been constructed using a Flyknit upper encasing your feet in breathable comfort. The lightweight fabric includes perforations throughout the forefoot and midfoot to increase airflow creating a healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. The breathable construction seamlessly integrates high breathability with stretch and support where you need it the most, adapting to the changing shape of your foot as it moves through the gait cycle. Flyknit is more durable than ever and works with your foot's natural motion to ensure lightweight support. Across the toes, Nike has included overlays, protecting them from bumps and scrapes whilst increasing the shoe's durability. The tongue features a scannable QR code, acting as a tour guide to the Interact Run's performance benefits. It offers tips on extending the shoe's life cycle from upkeep options to repairs and long-term care. Finally, when you log all the miles you can, the QR code will suggest ways to recycle and donate the shoes once they've run their course. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.
EVA Midsole
Using an ultra-lightweight EVA midsole the shoes offer constant comfort as your feet repeatedly hit the road. The midsole unit is lighter and more responsive than previous foams used by Nike and with higher foam heights the shoes provide a soft underfoot experience as you run. Not only does the midsole provide you with excellent cushioning abilities, the midsole absorbs shocks as you move providing resilient cushioning and reducing the risks of potential injury.
Rubber Outsole
A full rubber outsole completes the Nike Interact Run Running Shoes providing enhanced traction and increased durability underfoot. The outsole uses runner-informed data for placing the rubber in specific places to offer traction where you need it most. The rubber ensures a strong grip on varied surfaces and works to protect itself from damage whilst preventing you from losing control and slipping. The rubber covers the heel, forefoot and midfoot to enhance durability, resisting the traumas of heel strike and toe-off to provide a reliable and long-lasting running shoe. The waffle outsole has at least 13% Nike Grind material, made from scraps from the footwear manufacturing process.
