The Down Sweater Gilet repels wet and windy weather conditions while providing insulated warmth through the autumn and winter. It is stowable within itself for when temperatures start to climb. The durable ripstop outer is abrasion-resistant, withstanding wear and tear that may occur during activities. A DWR finish on the gilet provides a windproof and water-repellent quality for protection whatever the weather. The material of the gilet repels light rain showers and dries quickly, keeping you feeling dry for all-day comfort. The gilet is also totally windproof, preventing winds from penetrating the body and enabling you to stay warm and comfortable even on gusty days. Filled with 800-fill RDS-certified traceable down insulation, this gilet provides you with concentrated warmth with a quilted baffle that keeps the down from migrating, for outstanding warmth where needed. A full-length zip with a storm flap keeps weather on the right side of the gilet and a zipper garage offers next-to-skin comfort. The hem is adjustable enabling you to cinch in the hem for added retained warmth and the armholes have an elastic binding for a more secure comfortable fit. Two zippered hand pockets provide ideal hand warmth on colder days and can also be used to store small essentials you may wish to have on hand.
