Rab Mythic Alpine Women's Down Jacket
The Alpine Jacket in RAB's Mythic series is designed for those moving fast and light. For those who want an extremely warm down jacket, you can climb in, stash easily and throw on when you need an instant boost of heat.
The Mythic Alpine jacket has been created with 900FP European Goose Down with a Nikwax Fluorocarbon-Free Hydrophobic finish, providing you with great insulation and incredible warmth for the weight. These properties mean you're bound to remain warm and cosy, making it a great garment for chilly outdoor adventures. Keeping weight to a minimum, the jacket utilises ultralight 10D outer fabric, which is also 100% recycled. The Pertex Quantum fabric has a built-in ripstop, which is strong, durable, weather-protective and feels wonderfully soft to the touch. The lightweight low-bulk, stitch-through construction stabilises the down whilst still allowing for excellent breathability. Squares feature around the core to maximise warmth and regular baffles on the sleeves help to improve mobility. alongside the pre-curved and articulated sleeves giving you an improved fit and the ability to move comfortably. With a slim fit and low-bulk design, the jacket can be easily layered under a shell or can be stowed away into the provided stuff sack when it's no longer needed, due to its lightweight construction.
To keep you protected from changing conditions, the integrated hood is down-filled and has a part-elasticated opening with a stiffened peak for exceptional coverage and warmth. Providing you with easy access in and out of the Mythic Alpine, there is a lightweight YKK centre front with a fleece-lined chin guard for comfort, which can be doubled up as an airflow control system to keep you cool or warm depending on the conditions. Two YKK concealed, zipped hand pockets give you easy access to storage compartments, so you can keep essentials safe. The jacket also has a lightweight single-sided rear hem adjustment with an anti-snag tether for the perfect fit, with the ability to prevent windchill from occurring.
