The Ascendor Summit's body-mapped construction has been designed to protect and adapt you more efficiently depending on your exercise. Utilising windproof Pertex Quantum Air, which has been lined with a Thermic G fleece which covers the hood for soft stretchy comfort around the face and protection during adventurous ascents. The front body, shoulder and upper arms have been lined with ultra-warm and moisture-wicking, highly-brushed and feathery, soft fleece with windproof Pertex Quantum overlays, which provide you with core warmth, abrasion resistance and weather protection for the ultimate experience. The waist, sides, and underarms have a breathable, lightweight Thermic G fleece for breathability, stretch, and low bulk for a seamless harness fit. This is a great garment to be worn alone or as a mid-layer and can be integrated along with Rab's Latok shell series, for the perfect winter companion. The hoodie is great for alpinism, ski mountaineering and winter climbing, where every detail has been optimised to provide you with an ultimate level of comfort when in challenging conditions. Allowing you to control the airflow when your exercise begins to heat up, the hoodie has a deep front full-length zip. Not only this, but the zip allows you to have easy on or off access to the garment. To ensure you have somewhere to store your small items, the jacket has a YKK zipped chest pocket. Flatlocked seams throughout ensure you remain comfortable and prevent chafing or irritation from occurring, whilst elasticated binding at the cuffs and hem keep you comfortable and prevent windchill from occurring. The lightweight integrated thumb loops ensure the sleeves remain in place and further prevent windchill from occurring. The top has a dropped hem to help improve warmth on the lower back and improves coverage when moving.
