Crafted from a 3-layer waterproof fabric, the jacket stops rain from entering whilst allowing air to circulate and vapour to escape, keeping you at the perfect temperature throughout your run. The ripstop fabric has a reinforced yarn improving the durability and longevity of the jacket so you have a jacket you can rely on. This has also been treated with a water-repellent coating helping the water to bead on the jacket further helping to protect you against the elements. Not only this but the fabric is highly windproof, so when out on the trail, you will not feel the effects of windchill, keeping you toasty as you move. With its close fit, the jacket's cut follows the contours of the body, intended to be worn next to skin, typical of undergarments, bras and baselayers, with added stretch the jacket allows you to move freely on the trail. Furthering weather protection Salomon has included a smart adjustable hood with a visor, the minimalist construction fits without draw cords or pullers for a cleaner look. Improving the ventilation of the jacket, a full front zip has been included, whilst also helping with easy on and off, Salomon's smart vent system has been introduced too, a little press button on the front of the jacket allows you to keep your jacket in place while the vents are open.
