The perfect hiking and climbing companion, the Summit Series Garnet Canyon will shield you from all-weather conditions and keep you warm, comfortable and ready to tackle everything the adventure throws at you. The garment is constructed from an extremely wind-resistant WindWall fabric with a fleece backer to protect you from strong winds and chilly weather. Alongside this, the Summit Series Garnet Canyon features double-knit DotKnit fleece which features targeted yarn construction to provide optimised moisture management at the hood, underarms and back panel to prevent the growth of sweat and moisture when you're under pressure. The stretchy construction of the material allows you to enjoy a greater range of motion and increased comfort. The outer has a non-PFC DWR finish to provide some protection in light rain and from moisture. To keep you warm and cosy in cold-weather exploring, the jacket utilises ProDown insulation, which works with the lightweight 50/50 baffle construction. The baffle construction harnesses a series of down baffles interspersed with air-permeable fabric to allow heat and moisture to escape. An integrated hood provides added windchill protection and pre-tensioned elastic ensures a secure fit, to keep things comfortable. The flat-sewn elastic wrist cuff and integrated thumb loops also provide windchill prevention and keep the sleeves in place, preventing excessive movement. A full-length two-way front zip allows you to take the garment on and off easily and allows you to control the airflow if necessary. An exterior secure zip mesh chest pocket provides space to stash essentials and allows you to stow the jacket into its pocket for storing away. Finally, the garment features reflective details to enhance visibility during low-light conditions.
