The Advance Insole Cushion+ has anti-shock stability and support for under-pronating runners and walkers, and those who need extra cushioning.
Utilising a unique mix of materials which have been engineered for a range of activities, the Advanced Cushion Plus Insole is a full-length insole, designed to provide support and shock absorption to under-pronating or neutral runners. Not only this, but the insole provides cushioned arch support and an anatomical contour which is known as a 'Met Pad' which helps to spread the load across the forefoot. The Advanced Insole Cushion+ helps you achieve a more ideal gait, which in hand helps to reduce pain in areas such as; your feet, ankles, shins, knees, hips, back and neck. This will therefore help to aid recovery and reduce the risk of injuries reoccurring. This insole can replace the insole that's already provided in your shoes, align the Advanced Cushion plus insole with your heel and trim around the toes to match your foot. An important addition to this insole, is the F3D 3mm dampening foam insert which dissipates up to 95% of the shockwaves produced by each foot strike. This, therefore, assists further in reducing injury from occurring. The whole foot is also supported by a PU foam core and a TPU brace which provides support to aid gait. The advanced insole is great for all ages and body types and works best in footwear that has excess space such as; trainers and football or rugby boots. To ensure your feet also remain comfortable under pressure, the insole has moisture-wicking properties, to ensure sweat and moisture are effectively wicked, keeping you dry and comfortable throughout.
It is advisable to wear these shoes in gradually over the first couple of weeks to avoid muscle fatigue and to allow your body time to adapt to the improved gait and posture which will be provided by the insole.
