Vasque Here Women's Walking Shoes

This lightweight hiking shoe grounds you in the present moment. It is designed for superior comfort and support, but now with 3M reflective materials embedded in the mesh upper, on the heel webbing, and within the laces.

Mesh Upper

Created using a highly breathable mesh upper, the shoes remove heat build-up quickly, ensuring feet stay cool and comfortable through your walk. The smooth texture of the upper provides a soft feel to improve comfort and reduce the risk of rubbing and irritation. The shoes use a wrap-around tongue that sits flush against the foot helping improve the feel while helping stop debris from entering the shoe. An optimised heel collar system helps reduce in-shoe movement and provides a secure and comfortable fit for long days on the trail. This has been teamed with a traditional lacing system to reduce in-shoe movement in the midfoot for distraction-free strides. Completing the upper of the Vasque Here are 3M reflective lace and additional reflective elements in the upper and heel webbing, enhancing visibility in low light conditions.

EVA Midsole

Featuring an EVA midsole made with 20% sugarcane, the Vasque Here offers lightweight, durable cushioning. EVA cushion the foot upon impact, reducing the stress and strain placed upon the muscles and joints in the foot and ankle. This reduces injury risk short and long-term, as footstrikes are buffered. Additionally, EVA provides gentle, springy rebounds, utilising the power of your last step to push you into your next one. This means you don't lose momentum and forward movement feels like a breeze, culminating in fatigue reduction, so you go further. Increasing underfoot comfort the shoes include a Bloom EVA footbed for a soft pillowy feel from the moment you put them on.

Vasque XLITE Outsole

Completing the Here Walking Shoe is an XLITE outsole. This high-performing rubber offers grip and optimal ground adaptability, allowing you to easily tackle tricky terrain whether the surface is wet or dry. The outsole features multi-directional lugs that dig into the ground providing you with a solid base to push off from whilst providing a sure footing. A rocker outsole geometry creates a unique fulcrum effect and encourages a guided gait cycle allowing you to move more efficiently while helping reduce fatigue. Completing the outsole is an extended heel to increase traction on both road and trail.
