ASICS GT-1000 13 Women's Trail Running Shoes

ASICS' approach for the GT-1000 13 TR was to modernise the shoe with more support and elevated cushioning. This design features a 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM to help increase stability for a more balanced stride. It has been reimagined with PureGEL technology and FLYTEFOAM cushioning in the midsole, helping to create a lightweight feel with softer landings so you can experience more comfort in each step. Lastly, the hybrid outsole design is made for when your run transitions from the road to easy trails.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Utilising an engineered mesh upper, the ASICS GT-1000 13 TR Trail Running Shoes have been designed to improve breathability throughout wear and wrap the foot with a soft feel for enhanced comfort as you fly over the trail. Perforations within the mesh material allow any intolerable build-up of warm air to escape where it is then replaced by cool fresh air. This helps to keep feet feeling comfortable and well-ventilated as it works to regulate temperature. Not only is this engineered mesh exceptionally breathable, but it is also developed for added durability, keeping the shoes and your feet protected from obstacles on the trail whilst keeping debris out. An Ortholie Hybrid Max sockliner features within the upper to ensure soft step-in comfort while an external back counter improves the fit and helps increase stability. Completing the upper, a traditional lacing system allows you to easily adjust the feet to suit you, keeping feet locked in and preventing in-shoe slippage for distraction-free comfort and stability, meaning that you can focus on the trail ahead.

FLYTEFOAM Midsole

Featuring FLYTEFOAM cushioning, the midsole of the GT-1000 13 TR provides excellent impact absorption at a light weight. This soft cushioning provides instant comfort underfoot and absorbs impact as you strike down on unforgiving ground to reduce the stress and strain of the trail on your foot and joints. This helps to minimise the risk of injury, giving you added confidence when the terrain gets a bit tricky. Paired with Rearfoot PureGEL technology, the midsole offers lightweight cushioning and softer landings for smoother transitions. A 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM finishes off the midsole, providing adaptive stability and helping with a more balanced stride with each step.

Trail-Specific Outsole

Allowing you to transition from the road to the trails, the ASICS GT-1000 13 TR is finished with a trail-specific outsole design. This functional outsole is ideal for road and groomed trail surfaces so you can transition to and from with ease. It provides supreme grip and traction thanks to a durably tough rubber that works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. Creating a strong bond with the ground beneath it, the outsole allows you to stay in full control at all times. Flex grooves also adorn the outsole to provide added traction underfoot, the grooves allow for natural foot flexion for easy, unhindered paces. The flex grooves work with the rubber outsole to provide an abundance of underfoot traction.
