A skiing jacket that is bursting with technical features to ensure ultimate comfort on the pistes, the Jack Wolfskin Snow Summit Jacket will make sure that you will be in complete comfort to allow you to focus on the technical slopes.

To make sure that you will always be protected from the weather, the Snow Summit uses multiple technical materials to guarantee warmth, waterproofing and windproofing, creating a cosy climate within. As well as this, the jacket uses recycled materials which makes it an extremely sustainable product with a lowered carbon footprint. Equipped with TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE, a technology that has been developed in-house by Jack Wolfskin, this will provide multiple benefits to you. This is made from completely recycled materials like plastic bottles and is three times as sustainable and three times as strong as previous technologies. The technology will provide you with complete waterproofing. With a jacket that is intended to protect you from the cold, it's also important that no water or moisture is able to enter from the outside. The material is designed to stop this from happening, ensuring that no moisture is able to penetrate through and cause you any discomfort. To further enhance the protection, the TEXAPORE material will keep you feeling comfortable, with the wind being deflected away from the jacket to keep you in a warm and cosy environment. The jacket will however allow air to enter and exit, which will mean that sweat particles can escape out. So that you don't freeze, Texapore materials are designed so that sweat is quickly wicked away even when you step up your level of activity. As well as this, the outer layer of the jacket uses another technical material developed by Jack Wolfskin. TEXAPORE O2+ 3D Vacuum Lamination is a surface fabric that reinforces the waterproof and windproof features of the jacket. As well as this, the fabric has a very high abrasion resistance to moisture, which will mean that water that lands on the surface of the jacket will immediately be wicked away extremely efficiently and effectively. This will keep you feeling lightweight and comfortable over a prolonged period of time. The inside of the jacket also features material linings that will provide you with exceptionally warm insulation. There is a Microguard Ecosphere lining which will provide you with effective insulation. There is also a logo lined taffeta Ecosphere lining, which is made from recycled microfibres. The front of the jacket has a full zip, which can easily be adjusted to allow more air to enter and exit the jacket should you get too warm. Alternatively, you can pull the zip up to retain heat even more efficiently. A fully covering storm flap will add an extra layer to block the entry of wind and moisture. Under the arms, there are venting zips that can be opened should you feel too warm. There is an adjustable hood which will provide you with full coverage for shelter in rainfall. The construction of the hood allows for you to wear a helmet underneath it. The hood can be adjusted for a personalised fit with toggles, which will also work to seal in heat. Similarly, the hem of the jacket has an adjustable cord, which will mean that you will be able to find a personalised fit around the waist. The cuffs have velcro straps, which can be easily adjusted for a very snug fit, and it will also retain heat around the arms. These can be loosened to encourage more air to enter and exit, should you feel too warm. A special sleeve cut will allow you to make a wide range of movements without any restriction, perfect for alpine activities. With multiple pockets, this will give you ample space to carry small items around with you securely. Two hand pockets, two chest pockets, a secure inner pocket and a ski pass pocket offer a lot of room to carry everything you need. Fitted with a Recco chip, this tracker will monitor your location, which will allow emergency services to pinpoint your location. The jacket is constructed using less water and fewer chemicals than conventional methods, making the jacket an extremely environmentally friendly and sustainable alternative.
