Waterproof Upper

Constructed with synthetic materials and a sustainable, waterproof TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE PRO membrane, the Force Striker Mid is a durable boot that ensures protection against wet weather. The membrane is extremely waterproof whilst remaining breathable for superior protection against the elements without compromising on comfort. The breathable membrane ensures that your feet remain cool throughout your hike. A rubber toe protector gives you confidence on the trail and added durability to the shoe. Lastly, a traditional lacing system works to lock down the midfoot to prevent in-shoe slippage on long day hikes and trips lasting several days in subalpine regions and routes up to the tree line.

Reflex Foam Midsole

A very soft and lightweight EVA midsole works to cushion the foot keeping you comfortable on your feet and able to keep moving and exploring mile after mile. This Reflex Foam cushioning is ideal for enhanced comfort and less effort when walking without compromising the lightweight feel of the boot. It offers superior cushioning and a comfortable heel-to-toe rollover. Even when the trail gets a little more demanding, the combination of the EVA midsole and PU insole will cushion your every step.

Vibram Outsole

Completing the Force Striker TEXAPORE Mid is a Vibram outsole that gives you a secure grip on demanding trails. The construction of the sole was developed together with the renowned Italian manufacturer Vibram exclusively for Jack Wolfskin shoes. The result is a sturdy, abrasion-resistant shoe sole made of rubber, which is ultra-comfortable. Ideally suited for alpine terrain. Deep lugs ensure superior traction ideal for demanding terrain so that you can continue on your hike no matter where the trail takes you.
