A 3-in-1 jacket that will provide the ultimate in cold weather protection, the Jack Wolfskin Ottawa Women's Jacket is designed to not let anything stop you from heading outdoors.

The Ottawa Jacket combines an extremely protective outer coat with a warming and robust inner coat, giving you the opportunity to wear the jacket in three different ways. Firstly, the outer jacket will provide you with an extremely protective layer, built to stand up against extreme conditions. This is made from TEXAPORE EXOSPHERE Suede material. This highly technical and functional material is developed in-house by Jack Wolfskin and provides multiple benefits to the jacket. This fabric is also made from 100% recycled materials, making it an environmentally friendly jacket. The technology will provide you with complete waterproofing. With a jacket that is intended to protect you from the cold, it's also important that no water or moisture is able to enter from the outside. The material is designed to stop this from happening, ensuring that no moisture is able to penetrate through and cause you any discomfort. To further enhance the protection, the TEXAPORE material will keep you feeling comfortable, with the wind being deflected away from the jacket to keep you in a warm and cosy environment. The jacket will however allow air to enter and exit, which will mean that sweat particles can escape out. So that you don't freeze, Texapore materials are designed so that sweat is quickly wicked away even when you step up your level of activity. On the inside of the outer jacket, there is a Taffeta ECOSPHERE lining. This soft material is also made from recycled materials and will provide you with an extra layer of heat-retaining fabric.

The inner jacket is designed to give you that extra bit of warmth, which is perfect for freezing days. Made from NANUK 200 ECOSPHERE, this warm and robust material will add extra heat without adding too much weight, as it has extremely efficient heat retention to weight ratio. This material is also produced using 100% recycled fleece. The sleeves are lined with taffeta to make it easy to slip it on and off. This inner jacket can be worn as an individual layer as well, ideally on long days out in chilly weather, where there is a chance that your activity might make you feel a little warmer. Both jackets have a full zip, which will secure the fit and block the entry of windchill. An adjustable hood will deliver effective shelter from rainfall, whilst allowing you to maintain a full range of vision. The cuffs on both jackets can also be adjusted quickly and easily, sealing in heat to keep your arms feeling warm. As well as this, the hem will provide a close fit, trapping air in and blocking the chill from entering underneath the jacket. The jacket has two hand pockets, providing a perfect place to put your hands when they get cold. A secure inner pocket will allow you to carry essential items around. Flat-lying seams within the jacket will remove the risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. The bluesign® system excludes substances that are harmful to the environment and to health from the very beginning of the manufacturing process. The jacket is blue sign certified, which means that all steps in the process are comprehensively monitored by independent bodies. This ensures environmentally friendly and safe production, as well as the highest standards concerning use of resources, consumer protection, water and air emissions as well as workplace safety.
