Reliable poles to accompany you on future competitions, the Cross Trail Lite TA is a sturdy three-section pole made from aluminium and has been equipped with a Cross Shark grip for confidence.

Combining the supportive features of a hiking pole with trail running durability, the Cross Trail Lite TA is perfect for fast hiking. Constructed from aluminium, the poles are lightweight to keep you focused and provide optimum comfort across the trails, whilst being equipped with a Cross Shark grip for diverse grip. The Cross Shark combines the advantages of a trail running grip with the advantages of a trekking grip. The technology provides the perfect combination of the speed of the Shark System, alongside an ergonomic support surface. This provides a great direct connection between your hand and the pole, for optimum stability and control on the trails. The poles have a wide strap, made from mesh, to enhance breathable and keep your hands cool on the move, whilst ensuring you have control and grip. The straps secure tightly over your hands to reduce stress on the hand muscles. An open-poured, imitation cork foam grip has a grip extension to provide additional grasping options. Finally, the poles can be easily adjusted and packed down small using the Speedlock Plus system, allowing you to get the perfect size or pack away when necessary.

Note on use: This product is weight-optimized and designed for use in competitions. It requires particularly trained and careful use and is not designed as an everyday training device. For everyday training purposes, we recommend other poles from our range that are optimized for durability. We recommend use in trail running only on secured paths and not in exposed terrain, i.e. in alpine mountain sports where there is a risk of falling, on snow, ice or glaciers.
