Regatta Edgepoint III Women's Walking Shoes
The Regatta Edgepoint III is a walking shoe which provides waterproof and breathable protection for light hikes and day-to-day wear. A combination of Hydropel technology and and Isotex membrane provides watertight protection whilst also allowing your feet to breathe.
Breathable Upper
The walking shoe benefits from using Regatta's developed Isotex fabric. Isotex fabric is waterproof, windproof and breathable material, that keeps you dry and comfortable in all your outdoor adventures. The waterproof performance keeps the water out whilst the hydrophilic breathability system allows inner moisture vapour to escape, which works to keep the feet feeling cool. The seams are sealed with a lining membrane, which ensures that there are no openings that will stop any moisture from entering. Hydropel water-resistant technology wicks away thick mud and other liquid from the surface, keeping the shoe lightweight. The toe is protected by a rubber cap, whilst the abrasion-resistant heel bumper offers added comfort and further protection. A padded tongue and ankle collar also reduce the risk of pain caused by chafing.
EVA Footbed
In direct contact with the sole of the foot, there is an EVA footbed. This allows the foot to sit gently in position in comfort, with the footbed eventually moulding to the shape of an individual foot for a tailored fit. This footbed is also shock absorbing taking the pressure off the feet and ankles, keeping them fully protected from a variety of terrains. Additionally, they provide you with sufficient cushioning so your feet remain comfortable with every stride.
Rubber Outsole
A lightweight rubber outsole is very low profile on this shoe but gives you everything you need. Providing you with great grip, the sole offers peak amounts of traction as well as hardwearing. This means the outsole can go on any adventure, wherever the world takes you. Stabilising shank technology provides you with excellent underfoot protection reducing foot fatigue, making sure you can go further, for longer.
