Mesh Upper
Mesh uppers will encase each foot in breathable comfort. Perforations in the fabric increase airflow to create a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. A Sensifit system cradles the foot providing a precise and secure fit. The advanced tightening construction of the Sensifit overlap offers precise foot envelopment for better control. The semi soft wings are linked to the chassis surrounding the foot which increases transmission. Completing the upper is a Quick Lacing System which provides a minimalistic and strong lace for a one-pull tightening ensuring you get the shoes on and off with minimal effort. A lace pocket is useful as it allows the laces to be stowed away making sure the laces do not get caught or snagged on any sticks or bushes out on the trail, reducing distractions.
EVA Midsole
The midsole is constructed from EVA which provides excellent shock-absorbing properties to help protect the foot from shock and impact force. This multi-functional midsole will provide both comfort and protection, as it has dual-density EVA. Towards the bottom, the EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step. The higher you get in the midsole, the EVA becomes less densely packed, which will make every step feel comfortable. For additional comfort, an Ortholite sockliner is used to create a cooler, drier, healthier and better-cushioned environment under the foot. This material will not break down or lose effectiveness over time.
Contagrip Outsole
Tackle any trails in supreme confidence that you won't be let down by your shoe's grip. Using Contagrip, the outsole is able to form a solid grip between shoe and terrain. The rubber is also extremely durable and abrasion-resistant, which means long-term control is guaranteed. When you are running on the wet and muddy ground, the shoe's deep lugs dig into the ground, which will anchor you in place. This will also benefit you by acting as a solid base for you to push off from when taking a stride, as well as digging into the ground when braking and changing direction.
