The Trail Runner Free 2 is a light and flexible headlamp for anyone who loves to run. This original version has a hybrid battery case and is used with 3 x AAA batteries (not included), great for those who do not run daily, but still value long burning time.
A lightweight and well-balanced headlamp, the Trail Runner Free 2 is a great choice for those who run more sporadically. Utilising Silva Intelligent Light the headlamp has dual light sources so that you can have both strong lighting, as well as, soft lighting where you put your feet down. This means that your visibility is improved during late-night adventures, and less head movement is needed when you're running, allowing you to focus on the run or race ahead. Not only this, but the Silva Intelligent Light also reduces the risk of fatigue and tension headaches due to a shaky light image. The headlamp is light and well-balanced, with smooth adjustment options and a flat soft, tangle-free extension cable. The headband is soft but stays firmly in place thanks to a thin silicone string on the inside of the headband. Free Technology is also utilised to prevent distractions from power cords by keeping the cables integrated into the headband for a comfortable headlamp experience. The product is powered by 3 standard AAA batteries, and a Hybrid Battery Case is included so that if you wish, you can upgrade to a rechargeable Hybrid Battery (1.25 Ah) if you regret it. The case has an easy-to-grip surface, and an integrated red safety light, which contributes to extra visibility and safety. Finally, the headlamp is also water-resistant meaning that both the lamp and the battery meet the IPX5 standard and will not get damaged in changing weather.
