Durable and stable, the Offtrail TR GORE-TEX is designed to excel on technical off-trail terrain. Matryx, Kevlar and Ripstop Upper

For extreme durability and protection on the trails, the Offtrail TR is constructed using a Matryx overlast alongside durable Kevlar reinforcements and a ripstop rear quarter, making the shoes perfect for trail adventures. This highly durable, protective layer will provide feet with enhanced stability and in-shoe security, whilst ensuring that they shield your feet from knocks, bumps and scrapes when traversing tricky conditions. A reinforced, protective toe cap shields toes and the shoes from discomfort or damage when scraping against rocks or accidental bashes when running through changing terrains. To top it off, the uppers feature a GORE-TEX membrane for ultimate protection in all conditions. Developed to be waterproof, breathable and windproof, the membrane will keep you dry and comfortable in constantly changing conditions. Despite this, the GORE-TEX is also highly breathable to prevent overheating and discomfort on the trails, by allowing a constant supply of airflow to pass through. Finally, the lacing system works with a cushioned tongue and soft collar to provide you with a locked-in, secure fit and help prevent in-shoe slipping from occurring.

High-Rebound EVA Midsole

Using a high-rebound EVA through the midsole, the Offtrail TR provides you excellent cushioning, and a comfortable landing base. To prevent discomfort the soft compound has shock-absorbing properties, absorbing the rebound from striking down onto tough surfaces, which works to propel you forward into your next stride. This soft landing base provides you with a springy sensation, keeping you focused and ready to tackle whatever the trail throws at you. Additionally, the shoes feature heel positioning technology providing you with improved stability and comfort on uneven terrain.

SurfaceCTRL Outsole

For optimal grip and traction on various trail running surfaces, the Offtrail TR GORE-TEX uses The North Face's SurfaceCTRL rubber outsole. This bio-based outsole provides full coverage and superior traction, has an optimised weight for comfort and is highly versatile. Adorning the outsole are 5mm lugs, offering multi-directional traction and support across the constantly changing terrain of the trails. This outsole provides outstanding grip on both wet and dry surfaces, making it the perfect addition to your trail running gear.
