ZONE3 Lava Short Sleeve Trisuit

Tested rigorously in the water as well as at the velodrome, the ZONE3 Lava Short Sleeve Trisuit has been constructed to ensure that you will get across the line without restriction in any way whatsoever.

The main material used in the construction of the Lava Trisuit is Aero-Stripe. The Aero-Stripe features on the raglan sleeves and upper back to improve aerodynamics. This UPF-50 textured material creates turbulence across the key boundary layers during high speeds on the bike, reducing drag and improving race times. As well as this, there is Aeroforce Soft-Touch has been added to the fabric to help improve aerodynamics. The material itself will also deliver a high amount of breathability and will allow a controlled release of air in and out. This will work over the course of a race to keep you feeling ventilated to a comfortable level. As you begin to sweat, the material will react to this by removing it from the skin and the fabric, which will help keep your pace up. A high-tech Nano water repellent coating reduces drag resistance in and out of the water, resulting in improving your swim time, repelling sweat and keeping you drier and warmer if it rains. The material also allows for a full ramge of mobility in every direction without restricions. The material has integrated leg grippers to help keep the trisuit in place and prevent rising. This extended panel is bonded for optimum fit and drag resistance. For comfort on the saddle, the trisuit has an Iron Performance pad. Designed by the pad manufacturer Cytech the perforated pad lamination delivers supreme breathability and quick-drying capabilities. The high-density foam gives more padding and protection when cycling and the central channelling in the perinea area is designed to offset pressure points. The high level of elasticity in the pad also maximises freedom of movement when swimming and running. Heat bonded sleeves will provide optimum fit and comfort to reduce drag which you would get if you had stitched seams. With heat bonding and flat-locked stitching, this will ensure that you will always feel comfort in all conditions. The flat-locked seams also remove the risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. The zips on the trisuit have soft fabric which are used to cover up the inside of the zipper, preventing any discomfort and irritation on the chest. Storage pockets located on the back of the trisuit have a heat bonded cover, which will allow your essential items to be stored for easy access whilst on the bike or when running.
