Celermesh Upper

Constructed using an engineered mesh, the upper of the Adizero RC 2 provides an abundance of flexibility, breathability and support. The perforations within the fabric allow cool air to flow throughout the upper whilst, at the same time allowing hot humid air to escape. The mesh acts as a lightweight second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. Its construction creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up. Ensuring a lightweight, locked-in feel the upper has been constructed using light and thin materials which provide minimal weight and maximum performance. Internal reinforcements have also been used on the upper to provide added structure and support. The reinforcemetns lock your foot into place for added stability on race day. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Bounce Foam Midsole

Featuring a full-length Bounce cushion midsole, the Adizero RC provides a fast, bouncy and comfortable ride. The midsole was constructed using active elastic cells that cushion the foot when it lands and returns energy upon take off - making the shoe feel "bouncy" and propelling you forward so you can reach the next mile with ease. The outsole is able to form a solid grip with a wide range of different surfaces to ensure multisurface and multidirectional grip. The outsole also features adiwear on the heel which provides abrasion resistance and added control. The rubber is extremely durable, which will protect itself from abuse from below.
