Premium Suede Upper
Surrounding the upper of the Grafton is a premium suede upper, which makes the shoes extremely durable and ready for volatile trails. The material will stand up against strong forces, preventing itself from being pulled and stretched, whilst also being tear-resistant. In addition to this, it will protect the feet within, with thicker material covering the toes and rearfoot for complete protection. The Footshape toe box allows your toes to spread out more naturally, offering greater comfort and stability in uphill climbs and downhill descents. An easily secured lacing system will allow you to find a comfortable and personalised fit for complete foot lockdown. A soft and padded tongue will sit on the ankle comfortably.
EVA Midsole
Engineered with an EVA midsole the Grafton delivers durable and responsive cushioning at a lightweight keeping you fast on your feet without compromising comfort. Constructed with inner flex, the grid-like groove pattern provides greater flex at a lightweight and with better protection. Ideal for the trail the multi-directional pattern creates an improved ride when navigating uneven and tricky surfaces. A fully cushioned zero drop platform places your forefoot and heel the same distance from the ground; the zero drop encourages a natural foot position and low impact landing protecting the joints and reducing fatigue.
Vibram MegaGrip Outsole
Vibram MegaGrip has been used in the construction of the outsole to provide exceptional grip and traction over a plethora of surfaces. The outsole offers an incomparable combination of grip and durability which helps define Vibram MegaGrip as the ideal high-performance rubber compound for extremely demanding activities such as trail running, hiking or hill walking. In the 3.5 the Vibram rubber has been widened in the heel to increase stability and the middle grooved has been widened for better traction in wet conditions. Completing the outsole are flex grooves which work to increase traction and grip of varied surfaces. The grooved has been cut out of the midsole to reduce overall weight and ensure traction when running. They offer a multi-directional grip that flexes as you move for more speed and a better performance.
